PLAYLEADER - AFTER SCHOOL WRAPAROUND COORDINATOR
Required for January 2025 or as soon as possible
3 hours per day – Monday to Friday 3.00pm – 6.00pm
Band 6, Points 6-11 (£13.15 - £14.13 per hour) term time only - temporary in the first instance
The children, staff and Governing Body of this successful, friendly and popular school are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Playleader to run our after school wraparound care.
The person we are looking for must have:
- the ability to work as part of a team and use their own initiative;
- good communication skills;
- a good sense of humour and enjoy working with children;
- a kind, caring and child -focused approach;
- a calm, positive and confident manner;
- good organisational skills and be self-motivated with high expectations;
- creativity and be able to motivate and inspire all children;
- enthusiasm and flexibility and be able to plan exciting indoor and outdoor activities to engage children;
- the ability to resource supplies needed for the wraparound after school club;
- an awareness of safeguarding issues and
- a commitment to the full life and ethos of a Church School
